Here were some of the notables that attended. Mike Nicaloro, Andy Maynard, Paul Torri, James Corelle ,Jason Deangello, Dave Bowden, Jolie B, Randy Marcott and Terry Mcdermott.
The winners side final was between Mike Nicaloro and Jason Dangelo. The race was a 6-4, and it did not look good for Jason because he was down 5-1. Sudenly Mike missed an easy 10 ball to make the score 5-2. The next game Jason made the 10 ball on the break making the score 5-3 and a double hill match.
It was Mike’s turn to break and he would come up dry. That would set up a chance for Jason for a 1 10 combo and Jason would make it to win the match to take his place in the finals.
On the loser’s side finals was between Dave Bowden and Mike Nicaloro, and the race was to 6-4. Mike came out firing with Mike wining the first 4 games. Then Dave would win the next 3 games, and Mike would win the following game to make it a double hill match. It would be Dave’s break and he would not let Mike back to the table, for he ran out to take his place in the finals.
The finals was between Jason Dangelo and Dave Bowden, an even race to 5 games but Dave would have to beat Jason twice.
