FOUNDATION OF RACK, AND ARTISTIC POOL PLAYING ARTISTS (APPA)
Tour Stop / Event Features, Plus Venue / Promoter Provisions:
- Location / Dates/ Schedule – “Complete” details later in this document
- 12 tables minimum (for timely practice / play scheduling) – 7’ (open play – light grid)
- Aramith TV Pro Cup Ball Sets (includes TV Pro Cup Cue Ball) – provided by promoter
- 36 – 48 player field size – Open to all professional, amateur, junior players – no review
- Top scoring 12 players after preliminary rounds will shoot single elimination shootout format
- 40 prelim challenges scored plus 2 tiebreakers (as needed) from Cup III Challenge Program
Note: Cup III Program includes all challenges from 2008 Cup II Program, plus an additional 16
challenges added for 2009 event. The Cup II Program is online at: www.artisticpool.org
The updated and complete Cup III Program will be available online no later than 7/31/09.

* Special Funding Notes: Dr. Cue Promotions guarantees all position / discipline payouts at event completion. Additional positions over 36 will receive $100 each. Any “over funding” will go to (APPA Player Incentives and Training – Audience Entertainment Program).
Special Player / Audience Amenities:
- Dr. Cue will offer a Master Program forum and entertainment show during the event
- Each entrant will be designated as an APPA (Artistic Pool Playing Artists) player and will receive a special welcome package with select “participation” gifts

Note: Includes “Dr. Cue” welcome message, confirmed registration list, players’ meeting, special prizes, group draw, and schedule postings for competition rounds (Players are encouraged to attend)
